We publish the federal program mechanics and each confirmed state/city mandate in plain language, keep a provider comparison current, and link out to OSHA-authorized providers so a reader can enroll directly with them.

Who verifies the content on this site
Every regulator fact on this site - hours, tracks, card mechanics, state and city mandate citations, and which providers hold current federal authorization - is checked against OSHA's own published rules, a state's own statute or a city's own ordinance page, or an existing sourced draft in this project's own research corpus, before it is published. Facts that cannot be sourced this way carry a VERIFY tag in the underlying draft and are not presented as confirmed. One specific correction made during this site's own build: an early working note cited "Nevada AB190" for the state's convention-services mandate; the sourced statute is actually SB 119, codified at NRS 618.9920-618.9931, and that is the citation used throughout this site.
How often this site is reviewed
Every page carries a "last verified" and "next review" date in its own metadata, and the default review cycle is every six months unless a specific statute, ordinance, or fee schedule changes sooner, in which case the affected page is re-checked immediately and the dates are updated.
