OSHA publishes its own list of providers authorized to deliver Outreach Training online, and states plainly on that same page that it cannot validate training from any vendor not on the list. This page reproduces that federal roster - 8 organizations as of the most recent check - with each provider's authorized categories and this site's disclosed relationship to it. A provider that markets "OSHA 10" or "OSHA compliant" training without appearing here is not delivering a genuine Outreach course.
Which providers are federally authorized for online OSHA 10/30 delivery?
8 organizations appear on OSHA's own published list of authorized online Outreach providers as of the most recent check: 360training/OSHAcampus, ClickSafety, HSI, CareerSafe, AdvanceOnline, PureEHS, Redvector, and the University of South Florida.
Each is authorized for a specific set of course categories, not necessarily all four (Construction 10-hour, Construction 30-hour, General Industry 10-hour, General Industry 30-hour). Check the "Authorized for" column below before assuming a provider offers every level.

Why does this site link only two providers as affiliates?
This site earns a commission only from 360training/OSHAcampus and ClickSafety, the two providers with a confirmed consumer-facing partner program; the other six are federally authorized but either run no consumer affiliate program or were unconfirmed for one.
Every provider on this page is named because it appears on OSHA's own federal roster - being listed here is not evidence of an affiliate relationship, and a plain (non-commission) link to a provider does not mean this site is paid if you enroll there. How do I confirm a provider is still authorized before I pay?
You check OSHA's own current list before enrolling, because authorization status can change at any time and this site's own table reflects only the date each row was last verified here.
OSHA maintains that page manually and updates it when an organization's authorization changes; this page is a convenience summary, not a live feed of OSHA's own roster, so the federal page itself is the authority of record if the two ever disagree.
Does OSHA also authorize in-person trainers, separately from this online roster?
Yes, OSHA separately authorizes individual in-person trainers through its OSHA Training Institute Education Center network, a distinct and much larger roster than the 8 companies authorized for online delivery listed on this page.

Is a provider not on this list automatically fraudulent?
Not necessarily fraudulent, but a provider not on OSHA's authorized list cannot issue a genuine OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Department of Labor card, even if its course is well-produced and its marketing uses OSHA-related language.
Some platforms sell general "OSHA awareness" or "orientation" courses that are legitimate safety content but are not the federal Outreach Training Program and will not satisfy any of the state or city mandates covered on this site's state pages. Confirm both the provider's name and its specific authorized category before paying.

Frequently asked questions
Does this list include in-person trainers, or only online providers?
Only online providers. OSHA separately authorizes individual in-person trainers through its OTI Education Center network, which is a much larger and different roster than the 8 companies listed here for online delivery.
Can I mix providers, taking OSHA-10 with one and OSHA-30 with another?
Yes. Each course produces its own independent card, and there is no requirement to use the same provider for both levels; some workers choose the lowest-priced authorized provider for each course separately.
Why do some providers only offer the 10-hour course and not the 30-hour?
Authorization for the 30-hour tier is separate from the 10-hour tier on OSHA's own roster, and not every authorized provider has sought or received both; CareerSafe, for example, is authorized only for the 10-hour categories as of the most recent check.
Is University of South Florida a private company like the others?
No. It is an academic OTI Education Center rather than a commercial vendor, though it appears on the same federal roster and is subject to the same authorization standard as the seven commercial providers listed here.
What happens if a provider loses its OSHA authorization after I already enrolled?
A card already issued before authorization was revoked is not retroactively invalidated, but enrolling with a provider that is not currently authorized risks the certificate being rejected outright, so checking current status before paying is the safer step.
